Very easy and seamless purchase experience. James Cavitalo ordered the exact truck I wanted and made my wife and I, a fair deal. Signing the paperwork in the finance office was very efficient. We would have appreciated an actual delivery on the truck however. There are many infotainment features that differ from the vehicle I traded in, that we would have liked to be demonstrated on how they work/setup.
