Exceptional Customer Service I bought a pre-owned Infiniti from Audi of Charlotte back in March. It had a few scratches on one side and the dealership agreed to fix it for me at I bought a pre-owned Infiniti from Audi of Charlotte back in March. It had a few scratches on one side and the dealership agreed to fix it for me at a later date. My salesperson was RIchard Gouhin who was great to work with during the purchase process and beyond. We kept in touch for almost 4 weeks until we were able to get the repair scheduled. To keep me from having to wait on the day my car was being repaired, Richard arranged for me to come to Charlotte (I live over an hour away) on Sunday afternoon, get an Audi Courtesy Car and come back to pick my car up on Monday afternoon. Richard also took it upon himself to go down the road to the Infiniti dealership and get me a paint touch up pen for future needs. I would definitely recommend Rich and Audi of Charlotte for any car buying needs. More

Great experience at Audi of Charlotte I've had an A3 for the last three years that I leased from another Audi dealership before moving to the Charlotte area. I loved that car, and was read I've had an A3 for the last three years that I leased from another Audi dealership before moving to the Charlotte area. I loved that car, and was ready for a new one, but I didn't have the best experience my first time around at the other dealership (out of state), so went in to Audi of Charlotte not knowing what to expect. I was so blown away by how kind everyone was. Bill introduced himself to me, and from that moment on, it was the most painless and enjoyable car leasing experience I've had. It was clear to me that he wanted to ensure I was happy and getting a car that met all my needs. At one point, I asked to try a different (slightly more expensive) model, out of curiosity, which he more than happily obliged - and then helped me realize that the A3 - the original car I was there for - was the better fit for my needs. Never once through the process did I feel rushed, pressured, or overwhelmed. Bill was quick to introduce me to the other great people at the dealership to help get me on my way. Michael (who I had originally spoken with on the phone, but he was helping another customer when I arrived, so Bill jumped in) made sure the car was detailed and ready for me after all the paperwork was done, Marcus made the finance side of things easy and quick, and Kyle helped me understand all the fun techy features in the car (some I didn't know had existed in my 2015 model!). Overall - my experience at Audi of Charlotte, and with Bill specifically, was a great one, and I'm so happy they'll be my Audi family from now on. More

Bill Harrigan was one of the first people to greet me at Audi and put me in my brand new Q3!!!! He took great care of me. Honestly, Bill made my car buying experience pleasant. It was nearing the end of the work day, but Bill treated me like I was his first customer that day. I didn't feel rushed or under pressure. I have already recommended Bill to friends that are looking to buy a vehicle! I would like to thank everyone at Audi but especially Bill Harrigan for making this car buying experience a GREAT one!!!! More
