There was a miscommunication on the agreed price at first, but we were able to resolve that. They had a car that I wanted and the negotiated price was fair in my opinion after shopping around for a few months. When I received the car, it was clean and the gas tank was full. Very professional. Dealt with Marcus for financing/payment. No issues. Only thing is I believe they are busy, so I had to call them instead of waiting for them to call me few times. But it was not a big deal to me. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend Walter/Marcus and the Audi of Charlotte. More

Great experience I was very pleased with my experience at Audi of Charlotte. Richard was very easy going and made my experience enjoyable! The only drawback to my visi I was very pleased with my experience at Audi of Charlotte. Richard was very easy going and made my experience enjoyable! The only drawback to my visit was that because it was on a Sunday, they had less staff than normal so I ended up having to wait a long time to get into the Finance area. My total time at the dealership was 4.5 hours which was too long but unfortunately it could not be helped. Richard kept me entertained! He was very respectful of my thoughts and how I wanted to make my purchase as easy as possible. I would definitely recommend him and the dealership to family and friends!! More
