Since it had just been traded in, it had not been cleaned and had an error light on the dash. We made a deal for the car and agreed that I would pick it up 2 days later. To their credit, the car was detailed to look like new and the error was corrected with no drama. I arrived at the dealership and the car was waiting, paperwork was ready to review and I was on my way in about an hour. Great experience and I would recommend to anyone. More

Thank you Audi for launching the S5 sportback; performance, luxury, stunning looks, technology all wrapped up in a family friendly (4 door) package. I met Richard Gouhin a couple of months ago and appreciated is informative approach to sales. At the time I was not an active buyer; however, he spent over an hour sitting in the car and explaining the features the S5 sportback offered. When the time came to purchase I looked at dealers within 500 miles of Charlotte. I had a very competitive offer from a dealer within a four hour drive. Joe and Richard worked hard to put a deal together that met my needs and budget. I couldn't be happier on my decision to work with Richard, Joe and Marcus and Audi of Charlotte. More

After the test drive,we were still able to take the car home overnight so we could see how it drove on the highway. Michael Coronado's main concern was that we were happy with both our purchase of the A6 and the great service provided by him and his team. We were also.impressed that thwy were able to match our approved financing rate we had received with our Credit Union so we aldo did our financinf with Audi. Yesterday I made the decision to move forward with the possible purchase of a 2018 S4 after my A4 was serviced with Mark Price. Mark introduced me to Greg Butler, and the process was very straightforward. I'd done my research, knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay, and after driving the car Greg and I were able to have a simple conversation and come to terms within minutes. Greg was knowledgeable, and a very easy person to work with. He delivered on everything he said he would, and even went above and beyond as I was with Marcus in Finance to help me move things from my trade-in that I'd neglected to clear earlier. Lastly, he introduced me to Patrick Hayden who is a fellow S4 driver and it was an extra bonus to be able to talk to him about his experience with the car. Marcus was also a pleasure to work with. He patiently explained my options around financing and maintenance/warranty, and we were able to come to an agreement in a simple fashion. Lastly, Audi of Charlotte's service group is a major reason I bought a new Audi. Mark is always a pleasure to work with when my car is being serviced, and now I can thank him further for introducing me to Greg to make my buying experience a pleasure. More
