Amazing Service & Effort - Second to None I am more than pleased with the level of service, effort, and courtesy I experienced while working with Knauz. I worked with Marek and he went above and beyond to get the deal that I desired built out and completed as quick as possible. Marek is a true professional with the utmost amount of respect, class, and communication when it comes to taking care of his clients. He truly did more than I could ever expect in order to earn my business. Scott, the finance director, was another tremendous part of the deal being able to be approved and finalized. He and I worked together for over a week in order to find a medium for the both of us in order to leave as a tremendously happy, content, and satisfied customer who will, no doubt, give all future BMW business to Knauz, Marek, and Scott. We were definitely not buying a car here.. We drive from Oconomowoc WI to Lake Bluff IL to just look at car colors because we found several cars we thought we were buying out of state. Marek Gryc at Knauz BMW were outstanding in every way including having a very hard to find 4 series convertible...we came to just look at a blue one but bought the sunset orange...what a beauty! And it truly is the Ultimate Driving Machine. Other dealerships were unhelpful or rigid in their polices but with Marek/Knauz...everything was “no problem” and in many cases already done. Business manager Scott was also very friendly, thorough and made the paperwork easy and a good experience! Great experience overall! More
