Great service and fast! The waiting area needs some adjusting! I was watching tv and this man sat right infront me and since the chairs are big he blocked my view. Terrible service I went there to fix my cracked winshield and they made me wait like two weeks for a response. After all that time they send me a text message saying t I went there to fix my cracked winshield and they made me wait like two weeks for a response. After all that time they send me a text message saying that they cannot do it because it was a rock that broke the winshield. And that’s not true, I told them the windshield cracked because of the hot wheather but nobody cared. Really bad experience. I tried to explained them what happened but they didn’t listen to me. They just wanted the money, they wanted me to pay. Toyota had to cover that since there was something wrong with the winshield From factory. I don’t know what else to do, they don’t care about the costumer... they CARE about the MONEY. Where is Toyota Care? Where is the smily faces we see in Toyota commercials? Terrible and sad experience. More
