Maria Castillo is the best person in all my experiences with services of my cars. I feel comfortable with her and I trust her with my car.I followed her from Sunnyvale to Fremont and that can tell how I re with services of my cars. I feel comfortable with her and I trust her with my car.I followed her from Sunnyvale to Fremont and that can tell how I rely on her with my car.In general I also like Fremont Toyota;The rest of the crews are nice and I don't mind going all the way to Fremont from Sunnyvale ,even though the distance is long and people might think I am a little crazy to drive all this distance to have my car serviced, but it's worth it. Maria really helped me out when I felt desperate . I was away from home and was stranded. Got a jump start and Maria made sure I got what I needed, even though it was close to closing time. She made arrangements for me to return and is arranging for a rental car. Maria was helpful, kind and empathetic .Because. Of her I will continue doing business v with this Toyota service center.
