It took me 2 times to get the recall done. .I tried a couple years ago and never got a call back from the dealership saying they got the part. I had read that this would take a half hour to complete but I should give them 1 hr. Maria told me 2 1/2 -3 hrs. Seems a bit ridiculous. Didn't get a call saying it was done at the 2 1/2 hr but it was done. I'm just not impressed with the service. More
