My BMW was a total loss. Water entered the vehicle. My service advisor was Marie. She did a fabulous job for me and BMW. She handed the insurance adjuster like a pro. I mean I liked the little video they sent out of them examining the underside of my car. The price for service was sobering. The service person did tell me they could look at a third party estimate, bu examining the underside of my car. The price for service was sobering. I just wish I didn’t have to sell plasma 300 times to get my rotors replaced. More
