Rallye Lexus IS always on point. They called me for a recall set up the appointment and had a loaner car waiting. They also go over the car informed me that I will need other services but weren’t pushy t recall set up the appointment and had a loaner car waiting. A Great Disappointment For the first time in all the years that I have been a customer at Rallye Lexus, I was greatly disappointed by my experience when I brought my new Le For the first time in all the years that I have been a customer at Rallye Lexus, I was greatly disappointed by my experience when I brought my new Lexus in for its first service. I specifically informed Maria Giovanniello, who checked me in on January 6, 2020 at 7:20 AM, that I wanted the fall leaves that had apparently blown inside the front grille to be removed. This was not done. Either she or the service technician did not take my request seriously. My home in Hewlett is a long drive from Glen Cove, and it is not an easy drive to Rallye Lexus. Because of the way I was treated, I will now think twice about conducting business at Rallye Lexus.. More
