Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to get to know a bit about me! I came from Sacramento, CA about 3 years ago, I needed a change in scenery and the PNW delivered. Oregon has treated me well so far and I hope to make more memories with everyone I meet. Maricela has been great to work with. We have never purchased a brand new car before and she’s made the entire process very smooth. But she never let us go too long without a check in and letting us know what was going on with the time line. She has a great personality and could tell she enjoyed doing what she was doing. More

As a second time new car cash buyer at the dealership, I was offered a minimal discount of only $150. They could have been much more generous, imo. Fast paced dealership, they get you credit approval very quickly. I wasn't quite prepared for things to go so fast and smooth but was driving my new jeep off the lot in just a few hours. Maricela is awesome! I have switched to buying cars over the internet via email and text. I have been looking for 4Runner but could not find one and settled on a Tacoma. I have switched to buying cars over the internet via email and text. I have been looking for 4Runner but could not find one and settled on a Tacoma. Maricela was very responsive and had a high level of costumer service through the whole process to complete the deal. The level of engagement over text and email was much appreciated. I arrived at the dealership to pick up the Tacoma and saw the 4Runner Limited I really wanted. Maricela quickly pivoted to show me the 4Runner and made the deal happen. While we were waiting for finance she sat with me and visited. Maricela is a super nice, kind human. The world needs more Maricela’s. She single handedly made me a super fan of Gladstone Toyota and I will definitely tell others about her and my experience with the dealership. Thanks for marking the car buying experience so great! Few dealers really try to do that any more! More
