Worst customer service experience.... EVER We debated whether or not leaving a review was even worth it, but we figure it’s important to warn others not to go here, especially if you get stuck We debated whether or not leaving a review was even worth it, but we figure it’s important to warn others not to go here, especially if you get stuck dealing with the xxxxxxx by the name of Jacob Delaney. I would give them zero stars, but unfortunately it’s not an option. If you want to be threatened, lied to about corporate policies (which we spoke with corporate and were verified to be FALSE) and treated like you’re below everyone there, then this is the dealership for you. When we originally came in to purchase our vehicle, we were told that we were only required to leave a $500 downpayment and the car didn’t have to be paid for until it came in (because who buys a vehicle site unseen?). That all changed on the last day of the month when quotas needed to be met. We were told if we didn’t sign for the vehicle right then and there, it would be given to someone else because it was in high demand. We went ahead and started the process of signing, which we were then told that now we needed to give 25% of our downpayment by the next day and the remaining when the car arrived (THREE WEEKS LATER MIND YOU). Ok, we were worried we would lose out on the car we wanted so we went ahead and signed. Ten minutes after signing... we were told that ours salesperson was going to follow us to our house right then and there to get a check for the full downpayment of our car (that still wouldn’t arrive for three weeks). When we confronted Jacob over the fact that he just told us prior to signing we only needed to do 25% the next day he said that he “knew what he told us and we were completely wrong.” Okay xxxxxxx. Don’t treat your clients like crap especially when they have the phone on speaker with family members hearing every word you say and they even heard the 25% next day comment. Nice try buddy. We tell them that they will NOT be following us to our house (sorry but intimidation should not be a form of selling a car— it’s tacky) and that they’d get a check when we could the next day. When asked why the money was needed three weeks in advance, we were told that it was because the check needed to be “cross-checked” with the bank and wouldn’t be cashed.... who cross-checks a check? Idiot. When I told him he was completely dishonest to us and went back on his word and he should feel horrible, he said yeah you’re probably right. Needless to say, we cancelled our sale the next day, went to another dealership right after the cancellation and got our dream car three days later. Being rude gets you no where. Jacob Delaney Should be seen as an embarrassment to Kia and it’s honestly a shame they have someone like that representing their company. I’d also like to add that our salesperson Bryce got drug into all of this and I feel bad. He was great and helped us out but you could tell that his horrible manager called the shots and he couldn’t really do anything to help us in the end. We will be talking to corporate and taking matters further. More

I was in and out of the dealership (and in discussions with Frank) for over a week. Frank was able to package what I needed during the course of that time. Maricella Moraga did a terrific job of presenting options with the financing. The whole process was smooth and without any pressure. More

Simple. No nonsense car buying!! I have purchased a lot of cars. Usually a long drawn out process. Takes some of the excitement out of experience. At Mark KIA, it was a breeze. I dea I have purchased a lot of cars. Usually a long drawn out process. Takes some of the excitement out of experience. At Mark KIA, it was a breeze. I dealt with Emmanuel. Great guy, who really seemed to care. He helped cut through the usual back and forth, by offering me a really fair deal right up front. Finance department was too notch. It is my second car from this dealership, and probably not my last. Highly recommend. More

Smooth and enjoyable process. Great experience. I’ve worked at multiple car dealerships and I’ve avoided financing a car until yesterday because of my distaste for the process. Working with Jewlie M I’ve worked at multiple car dealerships and I’ve avoided financing a car until yesterday because of my distaste for the process. Working with Jewlie Mendoza, Matt Tatge, and Maricella Moraga helped me put that fear behind me. I initially inquired about a 2016 Kia Hybrid Optima online. Within an hour Jewlie had reached out to me looking to help. She was very friendly and easy going. I decided to go into the dealership the next day to take a look at the car. Jewlie had the vehicle detailed and impressively cleaned when I showed up. We took a quit test drive and did a walk around with my trade in. I was sold on the vehicle after the test drive. From there Matt Tatge stepped in to assist Jewlie with the numbers. After a half hour we came to an agreement. Within another half hour I was in Finance with Maricella. Maricella was amazing. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. After signing off in finance Matt informed me that service would be able to finish the final few points with the vehicle inspection. I decided to go have lunch at a taco shop recommended by Maricella. By the time I was done with lunch the vehicle was ready for me to drive home. I couldn’t be happier with how the process went. I drove off in a car I love and with the sound mind that I was treated fairly. Will be going to Mark Kia for all my future purchases. More

Probably the worst experience I've ever had-Reality Show Bad It's almost comical how incompetent and careless everyone who I interacted with at Mark Kia....and even though I bought a car from them 3 months ago, It's almost comical how incompetent and careless everyone who I interacted with at Mark Kia....and even though I bought a car from them 3 months ago, I'm still paying for it. Here's a accurate list of everything that happened: 1. When I purchased the car, they had the wrong name and address for the title. Luckily I caught it, but the finance guy brushed it off like no big deal. 2. I asked for my loan to go through TruWest, the finance guy did it through Vantage West. 3. I had a small maintenance issue on the car take 8 days. They said they were waiting on a part that can be purchased anywhere in the valley and could have been fixed in one day. 4. The finance team underpaid on my trade in, causing me to be sent to collections by Kia Finance. Been calling and leaving messages for 4 days and nobody at Kia has called back. I keep calling. They keep not responding. It's a clown show over there. More
