Awesome experience! Mark Kia is a great place with very friendly/helpful people and with Lots of cars to choose from. Before going in I did some research on their webpage to see what kind of cars they had in inventory, I found a couple that caught my eye. I printed out the info and headed down to the dealership where I was greeted right away and was introduced to the sales rep Johnny. He was very easy going, relaxed, made me feel like we were family. Sad to say they did not had the car I was most interested in but they had something better. Johnny was very easy to work with, he understood what I was looking for and what I needed. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and experience at Mark Kia. More

awesome and amazing Calvin at mark kia was awesome, professional! One of the hottest days this summer, and calvin retrieved numerous cars for me to test drive and even dr Calvin at mark kia was awesome, professional! One of the hottest days this summer, and calvin retrieved numerous cars for me to test drive and even drove me to the storage lot to find the perfect sorento and still it wasnt there! To no avail, i went home carless that evening. We were both disappointed, but calvin never complained one time on that very hot day and continued his professionalism. I returned the next day, worked out a deal with calvin and juan (mark kia) that made us all very happy! I went home with a new car that i love! Juan was awesome and worked with me on a couple of occasions and each time he was professional, knowledgeable and very honest! Marcella in finance was amazing. She got me in and out of finance with no problems or hold ups. She was very professional and right to the point. Guess i will see them in 3 yrs when my lease is up to release another vehicle! I started with 25 dealerships and quickly got down to 1 simply for the fact that what they were asking for was lower than all others 2nd or 3rd attempt in lowering the price. Since the 1st phone call I received from Frank Cruckson at Mark Kia, this dealership was upfront and honest about what they could for me to get me driving home in a vehicle that I desired most at the cost that I could afford. Honestly people, utilize the little free time you have in life to get what you need done by people who are genuinely going to help you get there. A big thanks to Frank, Jacob Delaney, and Marcella for helping me leave here feeling confident in my purchase and with enough time to get home to enjoy the rest of my Sunday. Cheers. More

Worst customer service experience.... EVER We debated whether or not leaving a review was even worth it, but we figure it’s important to warn others not to go here, especially if you get stuck We debated whether or not leaving a review was even worth it, but we figure it’s important to warn others not to go here, especially if you get stuck dealing with the xxxxxxx by the name of Jacob Delaney. I would give them zero stars, but unfortunately it’s not an option. If you want to be threatened, lied to about corporate policies (which we spoke with corporate and were verified to be FALSE) and treated like you’re below everyone there, then this is the dealership for you. When we originally came in to purchase our vehicle, we were told that we were only required to leave a $500 downpayment and the car didn’t have to be paid for until it came in (because who buys a vehicle site unseen?). That all changed on the last day of the month when quotas needed to be met. We were told if we didn’t sign for the vehicle right then and there, it would be given to someone else because it was in high demand. We went ahead and started the process of signing, which we were then told that now we needed to give 25% of our downpayment by the next day and the remaining when the car arrived (THREE WEEKS LATER MIND YOU). Ok, we were worried we would lose out on the car we wanted so we went ahead and signed. Ten minutes after signing... we were told that ours salesperson was going to follow us to our house right then and there to get a check for the full downpayment of our car (that still wouldn’t arrive for three weeks). When we confronted Jacob over the fact that he just told us prior to signing we only needed to do 25% the next day he said that he “knew what he told us and we were completely wrong.” Okay xxxxxxx. Don’t treat your clients like crap especially when they have the phone on speaker with family members hearing every word you say and they even heard the 25% next day comment. Nice try buddy. We tell them that they will NOT be following us to our house (sorry but intimidation should not be a form of selling a car— it’s tacky) and that they’d get a check when we could the next day. When asked why the money was needed three weeks in advance, we were told that it was because the check needed to be “cross-checked” with the bank and wouldn’t be cashed.... who cross-checks a check? Idiot. When I told him he was completely dishonest to us and went back on his word and he should feel horrible, he said yeah you’re probably right. Needless to say, we cancelled our sale the next day, went to another dealership right after the cancellation and got our dream car three days later. Being rude gets you no where. Jacob Delaney Should be seen as an embarrassment to Kia and it’s honestly a shame they have someone like that representing their company. I’d also like to add that our salesperson Bryce got drug into all of this and I feel bad. He was great and helped us out but you could tell that his horrible manager called the shots and he couldn’t really do anything to help us in the end. We will be talking to corporate and taking matters further. More
