I bought my vehicle in 2015, from Herb Chambers Westboro Ford. At that time I was very pleased with the deal I received and the service I obtained the next several years. This last visit was not so pleasant Ford. At that time I was very pleased with the deal I received and the service I obtained the next several years. This last visit was not so pleasant. I had scheduled my vehicle for routine maintenance and brought it in 1st thing at 7 am. I called back at 12:30pm and the car had not been worked on yet. I had to reschedule another appointment which was a bit difficult on my end to do. After rescheduling, the only thing they accomplished was an oil/filter change and a few multi-point check lists. I had to wait till the next day to pick my vehicle up. They did provide me with a shuttle service to and from my place of employment which I am grateful for. It seems like they are going through a transition period with new people in the Service Dept. I felt like I was rushed through my vehicle maintenance, as I was scheduled for a 90,000 mi. check, which was never performed. Now I have to schedule the vehicle for a return visit! More
