This business is BAD. After researching all available certified pre owned vehicles in the tri-state area, we approached Westbury with pre-approved financing, to purchase a specific vehicle. We did a test drive and within one day said we wanted to purchase. The process that followed was so convoluted, scheisty, stressful and at the end of it, the vehicle was sold to someone else after we were halfway through a day's long process where Westbury was requiring us to sign ONE SIDE of a buyer's contract (without being able to read the reverse terms & conditions), that had the WRONG VIN number on it and a mandatory $998 dealer fee... While we tried to get clarification on the form, we were pressurized to sign it. Spent time actually using photoshop to identify issues with the contract. No wonder they sold the vehicle to someone else as they realized we weren't going to get got. Feel bad for that purchaser. SCAMMERS. Truly terrible. More

My car search was not panning out, after shopping around awhile, so I was feeling skeptical. I had an appt. with Hasan Barakat, who was friendly, respectful, accommodating, and patient. Marie Cannata, who assisted with the trade in value of my former Jeep, was very cordial and professional. The showroom was very well maintained, and there was a lovely food and drink table set up for customers. I purchased a vehicle, and 3 days in, I am satisfied so far. There have been a few minor glitches, but Hasan has addressed them in a timely and professional manner. I am hoping the service dept. will also impress me in the same way when the time comes. More

Great experience all around Brought my 70+ year old mother in to buy a car. Worked with Eugene and Marie for the sale. And Nick for financing. some frustrations but Westbury Jeep did the right thing my experience with Westbury Jeep was mixed. It started when i saw a used jeep wrangler on their web site. i contacted the web sales person and made a my experience with Westbury Jeep was mixed. It started when i saw a used jeep wrangler on their web site. i contacted the web sales person and made an appointment to see the car. turns out the first car i saw did not meet my needs. My sales rep promised he would keep an eye on incoming wranglers and let me know when one came in that was more to my liking. I consistently checked their web site and saw a few new vehicles added, all of which were in the ballpark of what i was looking for however my sales rep NEVER CONTACTED me. I had to contact him over six times. Finally, i got so frustrated that i spoke to his manager to complain. the manager promised to have another salesman contact me to assist. the new salesman did call but also never followed up. Finally, i saw THE car i wanted on line and went in to see it. At this time, i met with yet another salesman, Miles Colon, and he was friendly and quite helpful. We test drove the car in on a night when it was pouring outside. When we returned to the dealership, i noticed a somewhat large leak in the back of the car. it was around the holidays and the person who repairs leaks only works at Westbury on Thursdays. Since the next three Thursdays were holidays, i was told the car would not be ready until the 2nd week of January. That was fine with me as i was not in a rush to pick up the vehicle. Miles was a pleasure to work with but the earlier miscommunication was frustrating.. if you do do business with Wesbury Jeep, i would suggest you try to work with Miles. Although i did have some frustrations, i must admit that I did get the car i wanted, at the price i wanted. Miles and Marie did step up to the plate and made sure that everything was taken care to my satisfaction. The issues with the leak were what they were and really out of the control of the dealership. More

Our sales rep Krystal was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering the many questions we had about leasing vs buying. From the receptionists to the General Sales Manager Marie, we were treated like VIP customers. Krystal even came in on her day off to accommodate our schedule during the holidays. Shawn worked with us to keep our purchase within our budget. The term "Sign & Drive" was appropriate for our experience. When we arrived to pick up our car, we had to sign a few documents, Krystal then showed us all the features in our new car even setting up our Bluetooth and we were on our way! I would highly recommend Westbury Jeep to anyone looking to purchase or lease a car. More
