She was extremely knowledgable about the type of Jeep I was looking for and handled everything for me in such a professional, caring, and efficient manner, making my entire experience extremely pleasant. You name it, she handled it...even putting the plates on my Jeep! I've had some good experiences at Dealerships, but this was definitely the best experience I've had to date. I'm SO happy with my Jeep Cherokee - and the Lease price was right on! I would HIGHLY recommend Westbury Jeep if you're thinking about purchasing a Jeep, or if you're thinking about a Chrysler, Dodge Ram. Amazing experience during a bad time Had to get a new car when my car was totaled in an accident not too long ago. Having to purchase a new car after a bad accident isn't the same experience you would think. However, the staff at Westbury Jeep were AMAZING!! Especially Alex, mike and Matt. Alex in particular. She was so sweet and helpful from the moment I met her. She bad the experience so comfortable and amazing and was totally compassionate about what I had been through and why I was there in the first place. She was so thorough in making sure I was comfortable and happy and satisfied. I am so grateful to her and the rest of the staff at Westbury jeep! More
