Disappointing that the cost of diagnosis was as much as the repair. It would have made more sense to just replace the parts without diagnosis for $700 rather than pay $1400 for an oil change, diagnosis and the repair. He said he would talk to management and advise if an adjustment could be made. Never heard back from him. Bought to many cars from Dirito to be treated like that. More

I'm very fortunate that Dirito Bros is located conveniently in Walnut Creek; but it really helps that they provide Uber/Lyft service for me get home, and a ride back to get my car after service.
