We had visited several dealers, all playing some type of high pressure sales, or not providing OTD price over the phone. He called and talked to Mario Adams and experienced something completely different. He was very transparent over the phone. He gave the OTD price, asked about our trade in, gave us that price over the phone so that when we walked in the door all the details were already worked out. Now we just needed to like the vehicle! No games, no pressure, just genuine in his answers. We drove over 2 hours to get there and it was worth it. He had the vehicle cleaned and ready for a test drive and was ready to make it happen if we liked was we saw. And if not, that was ok too. Never would I have thought I could say buying a car was a good experience, but it actually was. Mario is a true gentleman and made this so easy. More
