He was very friendly and not too pushy on some of the add-ons. Had a great pleasure dealing with both gentlemen, and would happily go through the entire process again. I wish I could give a 4.5-star rating rather than a 5-star due to their financing options. It almost goes without saying, but individuals who are financially-savvy are going to seek financing options from multiple lenders when purchasing used. Due to the nature of my purchase, I needed to act quickly and could not get a pre-approval from my lender that day. Since I was there at the dealership, and they gave me the option of having a few days afterwards to "shop around" for a better rate, I decided to see what they had to offer. "Laughable" isn't a strong enough word to describe the interest rate I was quoted. I quickly got a much better offer and simply brought Criswell a check. If they could have provided me with a rate which even closely resembled the current national average for my credit rating, I would have used them and not thought twice. I would assume that the interest rate is out of the dealer's hands, and rests with the banks with whom they work. I hope they find a larger pool of lenders to provide to their customers. If so, this would be the best dealership I've ever dealt with. As of now, it is tied for first. More

He was really easy to deal with and very low key which was refreshing. I didn't have to go through six rounds of negotiation to get get a fair deal either. While the car buying experience has certainly changed over the years, I recently had a terrible experience at a dealer in New Jersey. This experience with Mario was thankfully the exact opposite. The price advertised online was fair and what I paid and there was no bait and switch like the other dealer. The entire process was relatively quick as well--they didn't make me wait hours for the paperwork to be finished either. The financing portion of the transaction was efficient and without a hard upsell. Mario checked in with me at regular intervals and was exceptionally customer oriented. I would definitley buy here again! More
