Search of a used VW Our son started the process by contacting Mario about a used VW. He met with him the next day to check out the car. He told us that the car looked good, but he was really impressed with the salesman, Mario. He thought he was a genuine, good guy. We made the 1.5 hour drive out there, and Mario agreed to stay to meet us even though he was getting off sooner. Mario was very pleasant, and we saw why our son spoke highly of him. Mario was very helpful and not pushy. He has a genuine personality and is a true professional. I would highly recommend him as a salesman to my friends. Thank you for your assistance Mario. More

Felt well taken care of I saw the car on CarGurus and received an email from Mario the same day I said I was interested. My mom and I then went down to the dealership the nex I saw the car on CarGurus and received an email from Mario the same day I said I was interested. My mom and I then went down to the dealership the next day and felt well taken care of and welcomed when we arrived. At the Criswell dealership, he has invested time into making sure that the process goes smoothly and that we knew what we were dealing with. I would highly recommend to friends and family. MARIO ADAMS GOES BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY! In all my years of purchasing cars, and I have bought many, I do not believe I have come accross a more customer focused car salesman than Mario Adams In all my years of purchasing cars, and I have bought many, I do not believe I have come accross a more customer focused car salesman than Mario Adams. He understands the significance of building a relationship with his customers rather than merely being a "one sale and done" salesperson! Mario personally delivered the 2018 Audi S4 to my home garage in Pennsylvania, from the dealership in Maryland, in order to complete the sale. He returned to the dealersip in the car I traded. Now that is what I call customer service well beyond the call of duty! I recommend that anyone shopping for a car reach out to Mario Adams. Furthermore, if the General Manager of Criswell sees this review, no need to thank me. Just do yourself a favor by promoting Mario to run your used car sales department and give him a big raise! More
