Even though I had my mind made up about the car I wanted, so I entered the dealership sorta on the defensive about being pushed/sold on another car. When I arrived, Mario was ready to go, and we went on the test drove. He answered any and every question I had about the car, and asked me questions/concerns to make sure that this was the car that I needed, as opposed to it just being the car that I wanted, which showed me that he truly cared about me and the decision I was making. At no point did I feel pressured to buy the vehicle, as Mario made me feel at ease during the entire process, and even sprinkled in some life/car buying advice along the way. Overall, it felt like I was getting a car from an older/knowledgeable relative, rather than a salesperson, and I loved and appreciated that. 5 Stars isn't enough for the service I received from Mario! More

We came in on a Saturday afternoon to test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee. The Jeep that we test drove didn’t have all the bells and whistles we desired. Mario knew this, so as we were test driving, he started doing his homework. That also allowed my husband and I to speak freely about our driving experience since it was just us. When we were done, Mario found a Jeep that was just right for us and it was at another location. Mario offered to come in the next day, on his day off), so we could test drive the Jeep at the Germantown location. We purchased the Jeep within an hour. We got super lucky to get Mario Adams to help us as he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what car could meet our needs and budget! My husband really wanted to stay on budget without sacrificing all safety features like blind spots and lane departure detection. We ended up getting an Equinox LTZ with leather seats, all safety features, moonroof and more in a used car with low mileage and in mint condition, ON BUDGET! As far as pricing, it was easy to compare with others and make sure it was a good deal by checking info. online. I used truecar dot com. In short, we are very satisfied with the Equinox LTZ and we highly recommend Mario Adams. He is super courteous, friendly, personable and honest as far as we know. Top notch! More

After the test drive, Mario sat down with my parents and I to review and complete my used car purchase. Since my car had just arrived the day before it needed to be cleaned and fix one minor issue.
