I had been looking at several Small SUV makes & models for over a week before I searched online once more for my Target year, make, model, odometer & PRICE.When I found it online, I clicked CONTACT ME. two minutes later, Mario called me and we talked at length on the phone about that car. I asked all my questions. Mario was very thorough and polite.He did not pressure me to come to the dealership then or do anything in a hurry. I decided to go then just before the 6:00pm closing. The test-drive was great, leisurely and thorough. After we returned, Mario prepared all the paperwork for me to review at home. After overnight reflection, and talk with my family, I called Sunday morning and told Mario I wanted that car but I wanted my family to come out and ride in it before I purchased it. Mario was very thorough, well-informed, gracious, polite, thoughtful, calm and patient. It was such a pleasure to talk with him beginning with our thorough phone call before meeting in person...and continuing right through the whole purchase process.I never thought I would apply the words "gracious, polite..." etc as adjectives for a car sales consultant. Mario is exceptional. He is truly a five-star consultant and customer service professional! I recommend Mario Adams most highly. More

We made the 1.5 hour drive out there, and Mario agreed to stay to meet us even though he was getting off sooner. Mario was very pleasant, and we saw why our son spoke highly of him.
