He understands the significance of building a relationship with his customers rather than merely being a "one sale and done" salesperson! Mario personally delivered the 2018 Audi S4 to my home garage in Pennsylvania, from the dealership in Maryland, in order to complete the sale. He returned to the dealersip in the car I traded. Now that is what I call customer service well beyond the call of duty! I recommend that anyone shopping for a car reach out to Mario Adams. Furthermore, if the General Manager of Criswell sees this review, no need to thank me. Just do yourself a favor by promoting Mario to run your used car sales department and give him a big raise! Great experience buying Spark EV I found exactly the car I was looking for at this dealership. Sales process was respectful and straightforward. The price was fair for a vehicle wit I found exactly the car I was looking for at this dealership. Sales process was respectful and straightforward. The price was fair for a vehicle with a rare color and low miles. Any concerns I expressed were addressed to my satisfaction (including buffing out a scuff mark and making sure that the originally supplied 110 volt car charger was included). My only challenge was that the paperwork and payment part of the process was delayed by more than 30 minutes and I had to wait. The salesperson, Mario, did a good job trying to make the wait bearable, but it felt too long. Once the paperwork process finally started, Rob made it go smoothly. The table top computer they used for the final paperwork (really: paperless, until they printed my copies) was pretty cool. Mario was highly professional and friendly; he even picked us up at the metro station when we arrived to take possession of the car. Overall, it was a great experience and I would have no hesitation to purchase a car from this dealership in the future. More
