I had to search several hundred miles outside of my home area to find this car and was worried it would be sold before I had a cha I was looking for. Mario Adams was very professional and personable and responded to all of my questions and requests with answers and actions when needed. It was raining when my wife and I arrived for the test drive. When we returned from the test drive, I asked to examine the paint job so I brought the car into the bay and he wiped off the rain water from the entire car so I could inspect the surface of the car. I found a small scratched area on the hood and he had someone buff out the the scratch that was completely removed to my satisfaction. He helped me verify that all of the lights worked, check the oil and that my golf clubs would fit in the trunk. I couldn't be more please with the customer service that I received during the purchase of the used 2018 Fiat 124 Spider. Mario made the evaluation and purchase of my vehicle carefree and enjoyable. I would also like to commend Don in the finance department for his help in financing the purchase. More

I wish every car transaction finished like this one. I was difficult to deal with in pricing, time availability, trade in and overall anxiety in dealership purchasing. You name it I had it yet, Mario sto was difficult to deal with in pricing, time availability, trade in and overall anxiety in dealership purchasing. You name it I had it yet, Mario stood by his assistance pledge and helped my family get the car we needed after having me refuse it the first time around. The car is in beautiful condition and much cleaner than any other car my wife and I looked at before purchasing at Criswell. Mario even helped after the sale when we need items back from the car we traded in, and was a positive influence in our decision to buy the car at Criswell. Mario was the deciding factor, as the dealership looked great and offered great opportunity for a used car but it all came down to the continued assistance of Mario despite our trepidation and anxiety in the are of finances. He worked with the finance department and came up with a win/win solutions for both parties and we are now the proud owner of a new car. We did end up going with a larger term finance but in the end my wife and i decided it was worth it even though we wanted 5 years and not 6. The internet price was agreeable and since we were able to work out program withe trade in, it was all worth it, even though it was a bit higher than budget. A very trustworthy individual and I will certainly be back to see him on our next purchase. Thank you Mario and Criswell Chevrolet! More
