This was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle and it was mostly due to the competence and consideration of our salesman at the Used vehicle location. Mario E.Adams knew the vehic buying a vehicle and it was mostly due to the competence and consideration of our salesman at the Used vehicle location. Mario E.Adams knew the vehicle and answered every question. He also helped pave our way through the financing department and then went the extra steps after we puchased it to make sure that we were satisfied with the entire process. I can recommend Mario E. Adams very highly and I also recommend Criswell Chevrolet for the quality of their used vehicles. We just took our Avalanche on a 1400 mile trip, it ran perfectly! My husband and I found Criswell to be very friendly, and accommodating. We were greeted on the lot, right away, while searching for the vehicle that we found online. After 2 weeks of debating if we should trade our car my husband and I finally made our way to Criswell Chevrolet. as we walked inside Mario E. welcome us he asked if there was anything we was looking for husband and I finally made our way to Criswell Chevrolet. as we walked inside Mario E. welcome us he asked if there was anything we was looking for in particular. and we did as we told him what we was looking for he confirm that the truck we had in mind was still available. we had a trading. and worked with us to get us not just a good deal with our trading but also with the truck that we wanted. all I can say is good things about Mario and will highly recommend him if you are looking for any car we are so happy with our new truck but more so with Mario E. The staff at this dealership are very friendly and helpful. Mario Adams was the sales advisor who helped me to purchase my jeep.
