Highly suggest their service department, have been bringing my 750LI here for years. Their service department beats any other hands down. If you're on the fence between a Mercedes and BMW, go BMW. I purchased a 2025 Mercedes E450 wagon and dumped it after 6 months due to poor service from Mercedes as well as tire issues and check engine lights. BMW has been bullet proof. Don't waste your time and money. Go BMW. Their service department is a pleasure to work with and the same people work on my car. More

This is our second BMW purchase with Tanner and BMW of Akron. We got our first BMW a few years ago at Classic BMW, but appreciated the customer service better at BMW Akron. Tanner has a great work ethic and tells it "how it is", providing transparency and professionalism. We used to be an Audi household, but will most likely remain BMW guys for a long time! More

Tanner was very helpful and understanding. The dealership unfortunately has not been the same. I bought a $160,000 vehicle and paid $4,000 for Paint protection film to be installed on the fron The dealership unfortunately has not been the same. I bought a $160,000 vehicle and paid $4,000 for Paint protection film to be installed on the front half of the car. The car is delivered to me covered in salt which is understandable with the weather, but it made it impossible to see that the film job was horrible until it could be cleaned up. I took it to a local reputable shop who showed me over 40 instances of imperfections, it lifting in areas, and basically was told it needs to be removed and redone correctly, the dealership unfortunately offered some of my money back from the original job, but I’m expected to pay for a large portion of the reinstall to make it right. Unfortunate incident but not handled the best, just a bad feeling when the vehicle you traded in that they have listed for $16,000 more than they gave on it is in better shape then the new vehicle purchased. More

Tanner was an extremely helpful representative and truly went above and beyond during my buying experience. He made the process smooth and positive. I felt the finance portion was somewhat exaggerated and came across as more sales-driven than informative, which made me uncomfortable. Additionally, while the car was detailed prior to delivery, there were still a few small areas that were not fully cleaned and were things I easily addressed myself once I got home. More
