We specifically wanted to work with Mario D. in sales based on what we read about him, and he more than lived up to our expectations. A gentleman in all regards. We brought a price we’d received at another dealership and he went to work with us to beat their price, which they did hands down. They did not actually have the CRV we wanted on the lot but had the next model up, which had navigation. They steeply discounted the nav price and we decided to buy that model, a beautiful car. We did not have to be torued by any finance department of anyone trying to push a product or service on us. Mario sat with us outside and explained all of the features. You can just tell that this is a man who, if we had a problem, would do everything he could to work it out. I really can’t speak to the service component of the business. Dealerships need to realize that the first person to answer the phone there is an ambassador of the business, and this girl in service certainly is not. But that aside, the buying experience at Joyce Honda was first class and Mario is someone I’d strongly recommend dealing with. More

They offered us by far the best price for the vehicle and they also laid out all the cost exactly so their were no hidden fees that we weren't sure about. Our sales person was Mario DiIorio who was a real pleasure to have been doing our business with he was very kind and personable and made us feel very comfortable.. He knew exactly what we wanted and didn't try to push anything else on us other than what we wanted and had us out of the dealership in no time compared to the other dealerships that had us there for hours with the back and forth on the price. Mario was very well knowledged on the vehicle and gave us a very good tutorial of the features of our new car. More

He has been driven a Honda for over 14 years, and has had nothing but great experiences with these cars. He suggested Joyce Honda for their excellent service and prices. I arrived and was taken care by Mario Dilorio, who was extremely attentive, nice and knowledgeable. He did not pressure me at all, but allowed me to try out the two models I was most interested. There was no rushing, and he spent the time listening to me and answering my questions. I did not make a decision that day. The next day I returned with my Husband, to buy a brand new car...a big deal to me! Even when I was still on the fence about which model to buy, Mario graciously allowed me to drive the model once more, so I was sure in my own mind, that I was making the right choice. And I made it...the right choice for me, because Honda makes a quality car for a good price, and Mario was the right person to work with me. I also met two of the Managers, who were more than cordial. Also, my car was prepped beautifully...they took their time and it showed.
