I have been in automobile sales for 9 years. Prior to that, I served in the U.S. Navy. As a sailor, I was an Operations Specialist assigned to a Combat Operations Center. I have always had love for cars even as a child, and right after the Navy, a family member recommended the car business. I fell in love with the business and helping people and especially fellow veterans and active service members. I enjoy seeing my customers reactions when they get into their new car, that they are taking home for the first time.

Our current policy for pre-owned vehicles, excluding Cadillac Certified Pre-Owned vehicles, is to pass along all keys that were provided to us by the previous owner. We do not order additional keys or key fobs for these vehicles. This means that the number of keys you received is the same number we received when the vehicle was traded in or acquired. We understand this may be inconvenient for some, and we apologize for any frustration this may cause. While we cannot provide an additional key at no cost, we would be happy to assist you with obtaining a replacement key for you through our service department.
