The dealership and the staff are friendly - what would have been better is for Ken Garff to focus on the customers more by having sales people share the load. Our sales person had three families that al have been better is for Ken Garff to focus on the customers more by having sales people share the load. Our sales person had three families that all arrived at the same time. There were TONS of sales people just hanging around. We had to wait while he popped back and forth like a mad man - apoligizing.... It is terrible that the way commissions are setup that the client has to suffer. More
