With the help of a friend I was in touch with Brian and then finished the agreement with Mario by texts and calls. Their sales technique was just what I needed. It was simple, straightforward and everything including the price went off exactly as they had told me at the beginning. Mario was quick to respond and accommodating for a pickup time. I wouldn't hesitate a second to put either of them through dealing with me again. I am very happy with both the purchase process and the car. I usually take anything off my vehicles that names a dealer but I've left the Ken Garff license plate frame on my Civic! More
