This was my first car buying experience and it was a horrible. I knew what car I wanted and it took 5 hours to get everything done. The sales person gave me a car with an empty tank. When I asked about it, he gave me a voucher and sent me to a specific gas station. When I went to the service station, the attendant said the sales person needs to come in person as there is a sheet that he needs to sign and show his ID. I ended up paying out of pocket. On the ride home, I heard the bottom of the car scratch the road. When I got home, the clips that held in the engine cover were broken and the engine cover was hanging. I went back to Brickell Motors and asked to speak with the sales person. After explaining the situation to the receptionist, she said that the sales person only sells the car so they cannot assist with me. She referred me to another person who was not even in office. I waited about 45 minutes to speak with someone and no one was available. 2 weeks later, the car battery died. I ended up purchasing a new battery. As a car dealer, you would think they inspect cars and give you quality for your money. Instead, they are so quick to sell you a car and not there when you have a problem. I would never refer them to anyone. More

This dealership uses bait and switch tactics, doesn't honor verbal agreements then tries to convince you are wrong about offers given on vehicles in past visits to boost the price and they inflate dealership fees to make sure they cap their profits at your maximum budget. I put a downpayment to hold a vehicle and having called the very next morning to cancel the hold to have the downpayment returned was told it would take 2-3 days for a refund, it's been 5 days and still no refund. Don't let them fool you, they're not trying to be your friends or help you get a vehicle at a reasonable price. Would not recommend! More
