My experience at Longo Toyota was awesome!! My sales rep. Brandon Cruz was very friendly and helpful when choosing my purchase. Thanks Cassey for taking the stress off of me while at Longo Toyota. Your patience, good attitude and willingness to explain everything to me about the car including what options were available to me, in Longo Toyota. I, thought that I was going to leave Longo, for the first time without purchasing a car. You made that thought go away and I was able to drive out of the dealership with my 4th., purchase, another, Toyota Camry from Longo Toyota. A Toyota Scam Dealer I bought a car from this dealership 3 years ago on the used car side. Now I'm trying to sell it and There was an issue with the car fax that was makin I bought a car from this dealership 3 years ago on the used car side. Now I'm trying to sell it and There was an issue with the car fax that was making it difficult for me to sell. I was initially very upset and called. the warranty Dept. They got me in touch with Longo and they listened to my concerns and took care of everything. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Mario Tovar was amazing. Thank you Mario for taking a very upset person and making me leave feeling better. I Even considered buying from them again. More

Amazing experience for buying my first car! I came in not expecting to buy but Sergio immediately changed my mind. His personality was so cheerful and made me feel comfortable right away. I real I came in not expecting to buy but Sergio immediately changed my mind. His personality was so cheerful and made me feel comfortable right away. I realized that I really did love the car I chose and I’m glad I took it home. Cassey helped me pick it out and Mario the manager was more than happy to give us many examples of different payment options. Exelent. Than you Sam Halawi. I have a really bad credit. I was expecting to get a car with a 21 APR as i was told at Ross Nissan. But here Sam and the manager work with me.
