Initially they would have been rated 5 stars, however, they as a company fail to comprehend the importance of follow up after a sale. Up to the point they got paid, everything went great. Setting up the delivery took a bit longer than I would have liked, however there was weather involved so it didn't impact my overall view. Less than one month after the sale, of a certified preowned vehicle Porsche, one of the brand-new tires developed a delamination issue and started to bubble. I reached out to my sales rep Mario, and although he initially immediately responded and acted concerned, that was the last he communicated with me I guess his commission check cleared and I was no longer an important customer. Several delivered text messages, and several voice mails across a week and a half were all ignored and left on read. I did what anyone might do and called the dealership. Again, I initially was getting assistance from Erik but he too stopped responding. He claimed the tires, purchased from Tire Rack had no warranty, which is completely untrue. When I sent him the warranty information Tire Rack provided me, he didn't respond. Tire Rack, while willing to assist me needed the receipt. I asked Erik for it, and he claimed he "didn't have one he could share" I reached out again after speaking with the manufacture who was also willing to assist me and received the same treatment from Erik which includes read messages and voicemails that didn't get returned. I view this as very poor service from Porsche and can say that this type of "customer service" wouldn't have happened had I bought from a local dealership. I can't imagine why a dealership wouldn't provide a little bit of basic assistance to save a customer $450.00 for a new tire and sprinkle it with the inconvenience and complete disrespect for a customer that just spent 75k! More
