I bought the first S580 in Tulsa at the height of the

I was unable get anywhere with Mercedes Corporate. Ryan/Cooper stepped and "persuaded" Mercedes Corporate to recognize I had a lemon. I have had dozens of Mercedes and this if the first lemon. When it was running and not doing weird things it was the best car I've ever owned - but I never knew when it would act up. I have purchased three Mercedes from Cooper since then and there are like all my others - just great. Thanks to Ryan/Cooper for making Mercedes Corporate understand the S580 was a lemon. I'm sure it was a one off problem. So don't be afraid of an S580 now. If it is not 'possessed' like mine was I think it is the premier luxury sedan in the world. Love my new CLS450, SUV and SL!

Last year I leased EQS580 and I got Sprinter 2500 three weeks ago. Also, I preordered another Sprinter 3500.
And I sold 2018 GLE550e at this dealership. But they take too long to clean out my title. And it was really hard to reach my salesman Jason, to correct the name of the Check for my GLE 550e. When he sell the car, his respond much faster than Flashman, but when I ask to service, he keep ignore me all the times. My first Salesman, Mario was also, ignored me several times last year after I purchased a EQS580.
The worst one was a financing department. I always get a best rate from MB Finance. But the lady who worked at that time, she offered me 9.9% with Bank One instead of MB Finance. I complaint the interest rate, then she gave me 6.19 with MB Finance. She must get a best rate to the customer. I was very disappointed at that time. I almost give up to purchased a car but I really needed that car to convert to RV for my golf trip.

Please allow me to address each concern you have brought to our attention.
Titling a vehicle is a strict process. And it starts with making sure all information on the title is accurate. As explained to you by your sales professional during your visit, we had to wait for the lien release on your vehicle. A check would then be cut based on that lien release and to the entity on the title. Your title was in the name of a company you were associated with at the time of purchase and that was the name on the check you received. You then notified us that you no longer are associated with that company. Thus, additional paperwork showing the sale of the company was required so that the check could be changed to your name. While inconvenient, the process is necessary in order to protect you, the original owner of the vehicle. Additional time was needed for you to return the original check in the previous name so that a new one could be created.
As to your concern over the financing, we did initiate a request for approval from Mercedes-Benz Financial Services first. Their approval did not come in right away so we also checked into the other source of financing you referred us to, Bank One. Bank One approved your financing quicker, with the rate you mentioned. MBFS eventually did respond and that is when the new rate was offered. Rates were presented in the order they came in. As a certified Mercedes-Benz franchise, we prefer to offer Mercedes-Benz Financial Services for your financial needs. While, most of the time, we can get approvals immediately, there are times when the process takes longer. The time is takes from these finance sources is out of our control and we ask for your patience along the way.
We are happy to have been able to meet your vehicle needs, from the EQS and GLE to the Sprinters you have purchased. We hope you understand the precautions in place for titling and the time required for financing. We'd love to continue our relationship with you and are here for you through the life of your Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
