I have never purchased a Ford vehicle prior to yesterday. My husband has purchased four trucks from Marisa and will speak to no one else when deciding to purchase. Since it was the last weekend of 2013, Marisa was extremely busy but directed us to Chad Ritter and guided him through options for me a new vehicle. Coming out of a Lexus they offered a test drive on the Ford Explorer Limited. The car rode smoother than the Lexus and offered more updated options than my current 2005 model. The price of the Explorer, along with the many updated options, weighed our decision heavily on going with a Ford vehicle. Marisa was there throughout the process whether it be via text messages with Chad or stopping to insure we were receiving the best options for the price. Marisa was with us for the final sale and delivery of the vehicle. It was the end of the night and she walked us through all the electronic options the Explorer offers. She even provided a contact name who will offer one-on-one for the many features the Ford My Touch has to offer. I can understand why my husband prefers purchasing a Ford, Marisa is a large part his choice. Her customer service and satisfaction is second to none. She will do everything in her power to have you leave in a vehicle you choose, at the price you choose. She is a no-nonsense "car saleswoman" and doesn't give a lot of smoke and mirrors as most of us are used to. If you are straight up and honest about your purchase and financial desires she will give the same in return. If you are shopping for a vehicle I would highly suggest asking for Marisa Thompson at Five Star Ford in NRH. We also optioned in to a lease, which neither of us has even considered prior to this vehicle. This is the second vehicle I have gotten from Marrisa myself not counting the ones my husband has purchased from her. She is the best person to deal with,you tell her what you are looking for and she bri myself not counting the ones my husband has purchased from her. Marisa was great. She was probably the most knowledgeable car sales person I've ever dealt with. Really knows the product (both the Ford cars and the financing options) and worked hard to make knowledgeable car sales person I've ever dealt with. Marisa was referred to me by a coworker. From the time I walked into the store until I left the store my experience was WOW! I wish every sales person was like Marisa. I tried a different dealership first. After days of game playing by the Sales Manager, I left feeling defeated and angry with the whole car buying process. That night I called Marisa and we talked even though she was home with her family. I knew what I wanted and Marisa listened. Using her knowledge of the cars, she found the perfect one for me. Marisa had everything ready when I arrived. She went over all the paperwork, showed me the onboard computer navigation system, and other cool options my Escape had. I signed and was on my way in no time. This was by far the most pleasent buying experience I have ever had. When it is time for another car, Five Star Ford NRH and Marisa, will be my first stop. I am loving my 2014 Escape! More
