White glove service I needed to get into a smaller vehicle and Marissa was able to work with my wife and I to get the payment where I needed it to be. Marissa was great to work with and in no way your typical annoying pushy sales person. She was the exact opposite. Kind, caring and considerate. She had a very very good understanding of a car that literally hit their lot one day before I showed up to look at it (a 2020 ford explorer). Brought the wife and kids back a couple days later to see the vehicle. The rest is history. Mike the general manager was just as easy to work with and not pushy. Completely honest in every way, I never felt taken advantage of. The finance manager Joe was again super easy to work with, he never tried to push all of those warranties on me. I really cant say enough about Flood ford. Top notch crew and this is coming from a person who has bought 15 cars in the last 23 years between myself and my wife. If you are looking for a ford, visit Flood, you wont be disappointed. More
