If there’s a long queue, just say so and arrange for an appointed deal time rather that have people wait for almost two hours. Show your customers that you value their time. More

Regardless, Brianna took time and care to answer all our questions professionally and with kindness. We decided this past weekend to buy the car. We worked with Brianna once more, and again she was professional and very kind. We felt no pressure, nor did we feel rushed. After lots of debating, we went with a lease- which was not even a consideration when we arrived. The team at Subaru was helpful, knowledgeable and ( again) very kind. Kindness does count. We could have easily walked away when the price turned out much higher than we anticipated. The staff was the reason we stayed to listen to options. Kindness counts. Short and sweet I traded in my 2016 Forster for a 2020 Forester. Marissa had emailed me ( thank you Marissa!!) and I told her what I wanted and the next day the car I traded in my 2016 Forster for a 2020 Forester.
