This (2020 Forester) is the second car we’ve bought at Annapolis Subaru the negotiation, transaction and entire experience were actually pleasant. No hard sell, no “let me speak to my manager,” just straight up. Reasonable trade, and the day of delivery and paper signing went smoothly (except when I couldn’t unlock my credit rating from Equifax, neither by phone or web because for some reason the phone hung up on me twice and the web went blank; unfortunately Subaru only uses Equifax, even tho I had my credit score from Experian on my phone. Alas). Jason knew everything about the car we were buying and was very good even tho it was his last day before taking a new job; Marissa was very good starting me off. And Bob Carroll the finance guy was friendly, very patient (since we went from just my wife in the title, to both, to just my wife after the ridiculous Equifax thing). They work as a team and a strong team it is. More
