First time buying at Annapolis Subaru - and it was a great experience. We purchased a 21 Forrester Limited. Brianna Parkin was fantastic throughout the process - no games, just great pricing. She was very knowledgeable about the car, and very patient with us. She showed us around the entire dealership, and is obviously proud of where she works. We called interested in a Crosstrek, and within just a few hours total, the deal was done and the car was ready for pick-up! All of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! I didn’t feel at all like they were forcing additional things on me or trying to upsell me on unnecessary expenses. And Bob Carroll walked me through in great detail with all the financing in the most friendly and informative way. I fully anticipate coming back to Annapolis Subaru when it’s time for a new car, they were by far and away the best to work with. More
