I WAS LIED TOO! ! By the Head Service Department Woman as u walk in the service Dept Door to Check in your vehicle for service. I had my car serviced there & gave ! By the Head Service Department Woman as u walk in the service Dept Door to Check in your vehicle for service. I had my car serviced there & gave a Negative Review. The Woman in the service department front end Called Me & asked if I changed my review to a positive review, & if I did, they would give me a $159.00 refund & $15.00 refund on my points so I would get a check of $174.00 So, I changed my review like she asked me too because I wanted the Refund. WELL, I NEVER GOT THE REFUND CHECK!!! SHE LIED to Me just for me to change my Review from a Negative to a Positive Review. She should be FIRED for calling Me & Scamming ME, making promises & not fulfilling them. WHERE"S MY CHECK??? I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO TASCA FORD FOR MY VEHICLE TO BE SERVICED OR BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. DON'T LIE OR SCAM PEOPLE TO CHANGE THEIR REVIEWS TO MAKE TASCA EMPLOYEES LOOK GOOD TO COPERATE!! More

Tasca and their service department, especially Jose, will give you the best experience when it comes to repairing your vehicle. I brought my Jeep in and had it back in less than 24 hours. Outstanding Service As Usual! I brought my Escape in for the State Inspection and oil change. Once the tech started looking at my vehicle, I received a call from the Advisor letti I brought my Escape in for the State Inspection and oil change. Once the tech started looking at my vehicle, I received a call from the Advisor letting me know what else they found. I was given a ballpark price and authorized the work. I was told my Escape would be ready just after lunch and it was! I received a call letting me know all the work was complete and I asked for the total amount - this came in much lower than the ballpark so I was very pleased. I hadn't realized my truck need the things I was told, but, when I drove home - I KNEW it needed it. What a different ride. It almost feels new again (its almost 12 years old). Thank you!! More
