Excellent doing business with this dealership. Rick Jimenez was my sales person- friendly, helpful, none of that high-pressure stuff you get at other dealerships. The whole process was transparent- no hidden add-ons like with a previous dealership. The financing was clearly explained. My salesman Joe was very helpful except for one thing which he could not resolve. I purchased a 41900 car with 6 minor scratches all together on the lower driver side door. I thought they should take c which he could not resolve. I purchased a 41900 car with 6 minor scratches all together on the lower driver side door. I thought they should take care of it but he said no. I asked him to talk with the sales manger which he did and he said no. Quite frankly I thought this should have been taken care of and very trivial of Cadillac dealership for not taking care of it. More
