Prior to retiring from the Clay County Sheriffs Office as a Homicide Detective, I spent 8 years in the car business with the Saturn Corporation. I began my career with Saturn in new and used car sales; however, after about a two years with Saturn I was transitioned into management and ultimately became the General Manager of the retail facility. I left the car business to fulfill my lifetime goal/dream of becoming a Law Enforcement Officer which was fulfilled. Although I enjoyed my time in law enforcement, I’m beyond excited to be back in the business where it all began. Everyone was very helpful and very nice. Could not have asked for a better salesman and finance person!! The ones who detailed my truck did a bad job the night we took it home. Our salesman said he would have them redo it when we came back the following week. He apologized for them doing such a bad job. We brought it back the following week for a couple of things, still waiting on those parts, and the detail people tried to clean it again and yet once again they did a bad job. The windows were horrible, the side mirrors you could not even see out of them because they were streaked so bad. The running boards were also bad. They looked as if they had not even touched them. The front rims had so much break dust on them. You could see where they attempted to wipe them but did not clean them at all. You would expect that kind of cleaning from a 5 year old. Sorry to be so brutal but someone needs to be checking behind them to make sure they are doing the job correctly. I hear y’all have an outside company cleaning the vehicles for Murray Ford. I think you need to find someone else. More

This dealer did great, they were very personable and helpful through out the whole process. All personnel I came in contact with were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
