Nick was a pleasure to work with, and I couldn't be happier with my new vehicle. The sales process was straightforward and transparent, negotiations were fair, and I never felt like I was being "sold" happier with my new vehicle. This is my third time turning in and transferring a leased vehicle, and the experience I had at North End Mazda was BY FAR the best one. I enjoyed the interaction I had with all employees, Nick especially, and even though it is a moderate drive to get to from where I live, I will be utilizing North End's services for my Mazda because of the expertise of their employees and the enjoyable atmosphere. I chose this dealership due to positive reviews from past customers. I was not disappointed. The staff was helpful, patient and the transaction were very transparent.
