I went to North end Mazda and consulted with Mark Atkinson. I came there with apprehension as I am not someone who likes to car shop. Mark had a friendly, non pushy approach. He discussed my options and provided me with his information, wishing me luck and support if I came back. Nonetheless, I was back later that day with confirmation that North End Mazda was where I wanted to purchase from! From the time I said yes, to the time I drove out of the parking lot, I was extremely impressed with their customer service! Collette Marceau, the financial manager, was also very nice and thorough throughout the process. When I picked up my vehicle, Mark spent a valuable amount of time going through every part of the car to ensure that I was comfortable. I would 10/10 recommend this dealership! More
