Mark Atkinson from North End Mazda was one of the first to respond to me. Rather than just trying to get me into the dealership right away like the others, Mark was genuinely helpful. He personally went out on their lot (without my asking) to verify that they had the exact car I wanted on their lot. He was very straightforward, helpful, and no pressure via email and phone so I decided I really wanted to buy from Mark. I went right into the dealership that day and Mark was a delight to work with. Mark was perfectly straightforward, helpful, honest, and knowledgeable, with no manipulation or pressure. Whether it was discussing the car I wanted, my old trade in car, or the loan I wanted, Mark was great to talk and work with. He made it smooth, easy, and hassle-free. For the loan I needed, Mark referred me to Mike Pinto who also works at North End Mazda/Subaru. Mike handles the loans and was as friendly, relaxed, straightforward, helpful, and easy to work with as Mark was. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns perfectly. There was never any pressure. Mike was just focused on helping me get the best loan and deal for me. I ended up with the exact Mazda 3 sedan I wanted with a great loan. Before my first visit to North End Mazda, I used the trade-in value estimator that's on their website. I felt comfortable because the values were very close to KBB.com and the NADA online estimator. After readily finding me the exact Mazda 6 I wanted came the dreaded price and trade-in conversation. Except this time it was non-confrontational and easy. They honored (within a very few dollars) the trade in values and extended me the discount that I'd seen in the new inventory part of their website. I got a great deal on a car I love and I was treated respectfully all the way through. What more can you ask for? I'm a happy customer! More
