Did the research, went to a few dealerships and I found Mark to be the most up front and hardworking salesperson on my behalf and I got the best deal from NorthEnd. 28 months later and I purchased my 4th Mazda, a 2016 MX-5. As always, did my research and visited other dealerships and again, Mark and NorthEnd offered the best price ... by a great margin. Mark is the quintessential sales consultant as he is up front in all regards and does quite a bit to ensure a smooth sale ... and if issues arise he sorts them out for you. High energy, great communication, keeps you in the loop ... Also, NorthEnd provides a great rewards program ... even after purchasing the wife's CX-5 over a year and one-half ago, they still honor the "free, first oil change".
