Mark is the quintessential sales consultant as he is up front in all regards and does quite a bit to ensure a smooth sale ... and if issues arise he sorts them out for you. High energy, great communication, keeps you in the loop ... Also, NorthEnd provides a great rewards program ... even after purchasing the wife's CX-5 over a year and one-half ago, they still honor the "free, first oil change".
