He offered competitive pricing, but more importantly he offered exceptional customer service. He would always answer any questions I had, and was completely transparent about pricing and everything else. We ran into some trouble with registering my car because of VT registration laws, so Mark ended up having my car delivered to my door!! Mark is an honest, friendly and knowledgeable salesman and I would definitely recommend him 110%. More

We no longer needed the extra seating the Mazda 5 gave us but I liked the high ride and sporty feel the CX-5 offered. He didn't hover, like some car salespeople do, allowed my husband and I to confer and make our choice, but always available if I had any questions. Any interaction I had with the other people there was very pleasant - nice, friendly people. No pressure. I'd purchase from them again in a heartbeat. I live in Boston, and dealers around me were not at all helpful in finding the EXACT car I was looking for. Mark was not only willing, but friendly and effective in locating the EXACT model I was looking for and actually went out of his way to get it on his lot all the way from Maine! If you're just looking the cheapest vehicle, I don't know what to tell you. However, if you're like me and are looking for the exact car you want, North End Mazda and its employees will help you get it at a very reasonable price WITHOUT any hassle. More
