I’m always impressed with the professionalism of the staff; however, I absolutely despise the new automated system with ‘Pam’ for scheduling service. I was told it would take 4 to 5 weeks to get an oil staff; however, I absolutely despise the new automated system with ‘Pam’ for scheduling service. I was told it would take 4 to 5 weeks to get an oil change. I drove over and booked an appointment for the end of the week. Everyone I’ve talked to despises that system so please do better and give us a real person to talk to. Thank you. More
