Well, they took care of a complicated problem when the service shop was extremely busy. When things did not work with fix the first time they took the car back to the shop in the middle of being covered i service shop was extremely busy. I don't like the system used to make appointments. I would like to be able to have an appointment after one phone call and not have to wait all day for a return call. The staff members are courteous a I would like to be able to have an appointment after one phone call and not have to wait all day for a return call. The staff members are courteous and professional. They did not fix my trunk lock which keeps sticking and I have to go back next week for the same thing. It worked ok when they tried it but it had been stuck for over two weeks for me. I hope they can fix it next week. They also worked on a couple other things. They seem to do good work. This is the first time I have been disappointed. I have been a customer for about ten years or more. More
