I've sold vehicles, taught computer and managed a manufacturing plant and I know when a feature is on my vehicle and isn't working. Ms. Starkey not is not only constantly condescending but she told m manufacturing plant and I know when a feature is on my vehicle and isn't working. Ms. Starkey not is not only constantly condescending but she told me I didn't have a feature that I brought the vehicle in for. And then guess what after having it checked out, it started working again. I'm still mad. If I could switch service depts I would. More

Something wasn't fixed while my car was in shop. I wasn't called to ok work at the same time. Not good service when in kess rhat one week and less than 10 miles that something else needs to be fixed I wasn't called to ok work at the same time.
