Went in for a state inspection. Received a text indicating 'click here for important info on your car.' Saw 2 'need attention immediately' items. Assumed they were necessary for inspection as no one spoke to me about the condition on my car. When my car was finished, Mike finally spoke to me. At that point, the work was complete. I paid for my car and left. More

The service department is the worst I've ever encountered. I literally had to argue that I had a recall multiple times just to get scheduled way over a month out. For an airbag issue, this is encountered. I literally had to argue that I had a recall multiple times just to get scheduled way over a month out. For an airbag issue, this is absolutely unacceptable! I hate this dealership and hate their whole process. I'm considering another VW purchase but I'll never give this s hole dealership a penny. More
