Just had service done during this visit, but I did mention to Mark Baker that one of my wheel well plastic rivets had come loose and I couldn’t get it back in because of its awkward location. He said mention to Mark Baker that one of my wheel well plastic rivets had come loose and I couldn’t get it back in because of its awkward location. He said he would check it before I left and see if he had a replacement part. He walked out to my car after it was serviced and was able to reinstall the original rivet into my wheel well without having to order another part. Thank you Mark you saved me a trip back out to the service dept! More
