I wasn't planning to buy a new car, but thought I would see what my options were. From past experiences, I dreaded dealing with car salespeople. I stopped in several dealerships of different brand vehicles see what my options were. From past experiences, I dreaded dealing with car salespeople. I stopped in several dealerships of different brand vehicles. All the other dealerships gave me the horrible experience I expected. I was pleasantly surprised when I met Mark Bellew and Phillip Roe. They were confident and knowledgeable about their product. There were no high pressure sales tactics like at other dealers. The dealership was clean and the employees were all friendly. But Mark was the person I was in most contact and made the experience enjoyable. It was refreshing to see how knowledgeable he was about the BMW product. It was like dealing with family! More

It was a pleasure doing business with Mark because of his professionalism and how he kept us appraise of the the inventory that was available. We had tried other dealerships in town but only Mark was courteo professionalism and how he kept us appraise of the the inventory that was available. Braman BMW and Mark and the rest of the staff were nice to work with. The experience was as tolerable as buying and financing a car can be. By that, I mean it was a good experience. A nice addition would be better refreshments (food in particular)especially since the process typically spans a few hours, customers get hungry. :) More

Mark Bellew was extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. He made sure I was well taken care of and offered refreshments. For the first time ever, buying a car was a pleasant experience, I did not friendly. He made sure I was well taken care of and offered refreshments. This is the second car we have purchased from Mark Bellew at the Jupiter location. Normally we compare buying a car to something like a visit to a proctologist. However Mark is a real gentleman in additi at the Jupiter location. Normally we compare buying a car to something like a visit to a proctologist. However Mark is a real gentleman in addition to being able to find just the right car for us - and even more importantly - help us make a deal that was fair. We previously referred one of our friends to Mark - and he had the same experience - and bought a new Z4. We will continue to recommend Mark and Jupiter Braman to anyone who is thinking of a new or used car - even if it's not a BMW - because we think he is honest and easy to work with. Over the years we have owned quit a few new cars - but working with Mark has been the most pleasant and rewarding experience of them all. In addition - we love the car. I own companies and our motto is "Our Clients come first no matter what"....That is how I felt when I walked into Braman the other day...As I entered the front door, I was immediately greeted and was first no matter what"....That is how I felt when I walked into Braman the other day...As I entered the front door, I was immediately greeted and was testing cars within the first five minutes...I was thinking about getting a different car before I came into Braman and then they made me an offer I couldn't refuse...Mark's exact words to me were " What can I do for you so that you leave with that car (335i) today." It lead to an easy five minute negotiation on the car, and we went from there...I worked with the finance department to cover the previous loan of my other car and gave me a new loan with the 355i, with such ease and no xx...It was nice going to a dealership and not have to read between the lines...They had a good read on the character that I am and dealt with me in the utmost professional style...I wish all places of purchase can be as devoted to making clients happy as Braman did for me...Now I am the proud owner of a 335i...Thanks a bunch to Mark and the staff who did a wonderful job...Keep up the good work... I reached out to several dealerships when looking for a BMW out of state. The team at Braman was by far the most coordinated and responsive as I went through the process. Mark picked me up from the airport on time, had all my paperwork ready when I arrived and had me in and out of the dealership in an hour. Would highly recommend these guys if you are looking for an extremely clean, appropriately priced, luxury vehicle. More
