Absolutely have to recommend Christian Pfeifer. He made my entire purchase experience a breeze. To say he went out of his way to help me is an understatement. Christian found me a hard to get 2022 Tucson my entire purchase experience a breeze. To say he went out of his way to help me is an understatement. Christian found me a hard to get 2022 Tucson Hybrid Limited in the color I was looking for. From the first contact throughthe final walk around he did a great job explaining all the features, additional options available to me, and how the day of purchase would go. I spent less than an hour on the day I came to pick up the vehicle. Mark in the finance office had all my paperwork ready to go to speed the process through as well. Thanks again to Christian Pfeifer and the whole team at Crown Hyundai. It was worth the 600 miles to get the car I wanted that I couldn't find in North Carolina. More
